Relationship Between Autism Spectrum Disorder, Personality, and Other Factors
Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder. It is also a spectrum. Being a spectrum, many autistic people have varying experiences. Through secondary data analysis, we examined relationships between personality, masking, alexithymia, mental health, and other variables within autistic populations to better understand their experiences. We found that many variables do correlate, especially to personality.
