Evaluating Transfer Learning Strategies for WSe2 Thin Film Micrograph Analysis

This data package includes information on sample preparation, growth conditions and characterization results for AFM images of WSe2 samples used for the project reported in the main body of the manuscript entitled “Evaluating Transfer Learning Strategies for WSe2 Thin Film Micrograph Analysis” by Isaiah A. Moses, Chengyin Wu, and Wesley F. Reinhart. The WSe2 samples were grown by metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) in the NSF 2D Crystal Consortium facility at Penn State. The data includes recipe files from the MOCVD2 system and data files from atomic force microscopy (AFM).
