Swierk_et_al_2012-2013_SpermDepletion_Data.xlsx

Fertilization counts and percentages for all male wood frogs that fertilized at least 3 clutches in our 2012 and 2013 experiments. Data for each male are presented in three rows. The first row displays the number of eggs the male could potentially fertilize (i.e., the total number of eggs produced by the female). The second row displays the number of eggs fertilized, which was the sum of the number of hatchlings and the number of eggs with developing embryos. The third row displays the percentage of eggs fertilized out of the total number of eggs produced. NC indicates “Not Counted”; clutches were not counted when they were found to be 100% unfertilized or (in one instance) when only 2 eggs were found to be fertilized within a clutch.
