The Beauty of Emotions Through Art

We read that abstract art can boost someone's mood if they are stressed, but that you need to experiment with different styles to see what works for you (Team, 2023). We also read somewhere else that art specifically in a museum can affect someone's mood and self-worth (Mastandrea, 2019). All four participants in this study are undergraduate female students with an average age of 19. We all answered questions about each art piece that we look at. We looked at five different pieces or exhibits of art at Susquehanna Art Museum. ​
