Expanding office delivery to graduate students

At Penn State University Libraries, we've offered office delivery to faculty and staff at our University Park campus for several years. In spring 2018, we began a small pilot with graduate students. In this lightning session, I'll share how we went about doing this, how we gathered feedback from students, and our plans for the future. This was prepared as a lightning round presentation for the OCLC Resource Sharing Conference in March 2020, and was later revised to be included in the OCLC Resource Sharing 2020 Web Series.
