Extending an LIS Data Curation Curriculum to Include Humanities Data
This poster describes a project funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Science (IMLS) to extend a data curation education curriculum to include education and training in humanities data curation. It makes the case that the humanities are increasingly steeped in data collection and analysis and thus in need of programmatic attention to the lifecycle management of such data.
