A Study and Extension of Project Prioritization Tool
Advisor : Dr. Robert C. Voigt Strategies to improve Key Performance Metrics in a facility that manages Oil and Gas equipment remanufacturing has been studied. The paper first studies on lead time and quote accuracy variability and how a recently developed Project Prioritization Tool addresses the current issues faced by a remanufacturing facility. The paper further expounds on how the On-time Delivery and Quote accuracy can be tracked and analyzed with the data from the tool. Extensions to the current tool to achieve insightful information for various organization levels are recommended.
