Root and leaf phenotypes under different nitrogen levels in maize hybrid and inbred genotypes, in field and greenhouse studies - Data
These are raw data files associated with figures in the dissertation listed below. The goals of these projects were to 1) evaluate root anatomy variation among maize genotypes and nitrogen treatments, in field and greenhouse, and relate variation to differences in plant performance and development 2) to compare leaf and root anatomy traits across maize genotypes to understand if any relationships exist among these traits, in high and low nitrogen conditions, in the field and greenhouse. The data include root and leaf trait measurements and physiological measurements on maize plants, with groupings by genotype, nitrogen treatment, block, site, and sampling position (e.g. root node).
