II. Palomar Schmidt Field centered on Selected Area 29 (1982)

The paper contains the second part of a list of ultraviolet excess objects. The objects were selected from a Palomar 1.2 m Schmidt field centered on Kapteyn selected area 29. The population of objects belonging to color classes 1A, 1, and 1B should be comprised primarily of quasars and white dwarfs and should be statistically complete to about B = 18.5 mag. US943 (now DV UMa) is a Cataclysmic Variable star undergoing outbursts of 5 mag. It was discovered by Dianne Duncan (nee Mattson) when she was a Penn State undergraduate student. https://doi.org/10.1086/190767 http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/1982ApJS...48...51U https://doi:10.1126/science.1259063
