Semi-Dirac Fermions in ZrSiS Bulk Single Crystals

This data package includes information on growth conditions and characterization results for ZrSiS bulk single crystals used for the magneto-optical spectroscopy measurements by Prof. Basov's group at Columbia University. The bulk single crystals of ZrSiS were grown using a chemical vapor transport method in the NSF 2D Crystal Consortium facility. The data includes recipe files, SEM, EDX, XRD, and transport data files.
