Benefits of Exercise

For this project we plan to bring attention to the benefits of exercise. There will be information such as how it can help you in the long run, what it can currently do for you now, how it can help increase your mood and decrease acne, and more information that benefits a person if they were to exercise. We will also include information on how to start exercise, what you should do based on your goals, and how to maintain it.
