Simulated radiated pressure for upper Chalumeau register notes in a Clarinet-like tube - three-tones
This .wav file was created by the Simscape model of a simple clarinet-like tube described in the referenced POMA conference paper. The tube is a tone hole lattice with ten holes providing a cutoff frequency of approximately 1500 Hz. There are two additional tone holes at the top end spaced to provide three notes of a major scale. The closed length of the tube provides the notes written as G4-F#4-E4. The Simscape model allows the tone holes to be opened and closed under program control.
This file is an approximation to the acoustic field radiated to the far field by all of the open tone holes in the tube.
