Short Paper Case Study

The following paper is a case study of the world-wide obesity epidemic. Obesity is a growing health condition among many adults and children therefore it is important to inform the public about it. The case study begins by reviewing the definition of obesity and the several risk factors associated with obesity. After this discussion information about a specific patient known as patient X is given. It shares the risk factors that caused patient X to become obese and ways it could have been prevented. Lastly, a review of peer reviewed articles was conducted the studies found that obesity is avoidable by eating a healthier diet and incorporating weekly exercise.
