Bestiaries, Past and Future

This afterword concludes the 2017 special issue of Rhetoric Society Quarterly titled "A Rhetorical Bestiary." In it, I use a seventeenth century homemade bestiary as a way to reflect on the history of the genre, its limits, and its potential.
