Stool metabolome from a murine inflammatory bowel disease model treated with hemp extract

Raw mass spectral dataset from mice treated with hemp extract and induced with irritable bowel disease (via DSS administration). 6–8-week-old, male C57BL/6J mice were treated with 2% DSS to induce colitis. Animals were treated with vehicle, or a high-CBG hemp extract by intraperitoneal injection. Fresh stool samples were collected at day 0, 5, and 7.
