High Cannabigerol Hemp Extract Moderates Colitis and Modulates the Microbiome in an Inflammatory Bowel Disease Model

Raw mass spectral dataset from mice treated with hemp extract and induced with irritable bowel disease (via DSS administration). 6–8-week-old, male C57BL/6J mice were treated with 2% DSS to induce colitis. Animals were treated with vehicle, or a high-CBG hemp extract by intraperitoneal injection. Fresh stool samples were collected at day 0, 5, and 7.
