
The Personal and the Professional: Implementing Boundaries to Support Effective Interactions and Well-Being in the Human Services
Based in personal internship experiences, this presentation examines the practice of setting boundaries between professional requirements and personal hours when the two are constantly overlapping. This poster presentation also considers the effect minimal boundaries and an immeshed personal and professional life has on human service providers and their capacity to implement services.
