The Impacts of Anonymity on Attitudes and Behavior
Anonymity has more influence on our actions and interactions than we may realize. This research will be conducted to explore the impact of anonymity on attitudes and behavior. Specifically, how anonymity affects people's willingness to express their personal opinions on controversial topics and their ability to offer opposing viewpoints. To examine this further, 200 undergraduate students will be recruited, and data will be analyzed to identify patterns and alterations in answers when students are in the identifiable vs. anonymous conditions.
