Postpartum Depression

In the postpartum period, how can mothers differentiate between postpartum depression and expected hormonal changes? Specifically, mothers in postpartum period suffering from depression and not receiving the support to overcome the mental disorder. This intervention is used to recognize the symptoms using screening tools at home along with postpartum doctor appointments.
