Review of Gamma Ray Irradiation Effects on 2D Materials

Two dimensional materials possess unique properties that can be affected by irradiation. This irradiation can lead to favorable changes. Understanding this relationship between radiation and 2D materials is important considering the capability of 2D materials replacing traditional electrical components.
