Pennsylvania State Libraries Standard License Agreement (Model License)

Pennsylvania State University Libraries' Standard License Agreement to be used for Libraries' licensed subscriptions. Created based on the California Digital Library's (CDL) Standard License Agreement. Mihoko Hosoi, one of the co-authors, revised the CDL agreement on May 14, 2018 when she worked at CDL. It was adjusted for Penn State on April 6, 2022.
