Gestational Weight Gain and Pregnancy Health Risks

In this evidence-based practice project, the clinical issue of gestational weight gain in relation to complications such as hypertension, preeclampsia, and gestational diabetes will be systematically researched. The analyzation of this information will bring forth a proposal of possible interventions and suggestion of lifestyle modifications aiding in prevention. After researching, it is evident that maternal obesity is preventable, as well as the corresponding related health issues that follow.​
