Increasing Power of Solar Panels with Machine Learning

The power that the solar panels generate can vary depending on the operating conditions and the load the panel is connected to. A machine learning algorithm called a neural network can be used to track the point of optimal load. This point is where a solar panel generates the most amount of power given the environmental conditions. This poster will demonstrate the effectiveness of neural networks used for solar panel maximum power point tracking.
