The Impact of Exercise and Diet Education on Type 2 Diabetic Patients

The proposed submission is a literature review that aims to answer the PICO question: In type 2 diabetic patients, how does the use of diet and exercise education compared to no diet and exercise education impact hemoglobin A1c levels? The purpose of this PICO question is to explore whether diet and/or exercise teaching will reduce A1c levels which will allow patients to live a healthier life and manage their diabetes properly. The literature review includes four quantitative primary research articles.
