Outcome-based Internship as High-Impact Practice

Presentation describes an innovative project and a model for elevating student employment via academic learning while working. Most applicable for underserved populations in economic terms that see internship as rite of passage and high-impact practice even though the student must work either during internship or instead of internship. Project also describes an outcome-based model for achieving this practice at other colleges and universities.
