Public Health Message of Indoor Tanning and Skin Cancer
There are many public health messages that are endorsed by health foundations and organizations in hopes of making a positive change in health behaviors among the public. However, not all public health messages are accurate and some are surrounded by controversies. It is the aim of this paper to prove that the public health message “Indoor tanning leads to skin cancer” is true by providing evidence from various studies.
