Multi-modal machine learning analysis of GaSe growth conditions

The data package contains the growth and characterization data reported in the manuscript "Multi-modal machine learning analysis of GaSe growth conditions". The data used in the manuscript include the AFM, RHEED, and XRD. AFM images of size 1 µm × 1 µm taken from the wafer were used in the study.
