Wmt813 Removed Duplicates Sorted Bam File HiSeq 2500
DNA was obtained from a skin sample taken from a preserved mountain lion (Puma concolor) that was hunted and killed in Pennsylvania at in 1880. The mountain lion was preserved via taxidermy and is under the care of the Thomas T. Taber Museum in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, USA.
