Reports on perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances. (PFAS) at Keystone Sanitary Landfill (KSL) and Fell Township Pioneer Aggregate sites

Concerns in letter reports to Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) on the lack of monitoring of perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances. (PFAS) at Keystone Landfill (municipal/residual wastes) and Pioneer Aggregates (Fell Quarry) residual waste sites. These reports are based on the potential existence in these types of wastes, the failure to monitor for these compounds, the demonstrated toxicity, and exposure pathways that would make this monitoring warranted.
