Background: • For the past two years, Penn State Altoona has conducted a pilot program of students presenting their internships at the undergraduate research fair. • There is virtually no research to guide presenters.

Question: • Do ranked posters have traits in common? • Can these traits predict ranked internship posters?

Approach: • Collected background information on the pilot. • Studied 100+ posters (entered and ranked posters, including honorable mentions) over last 5 years.
