Beyond the Screen: Investigating the Impact of Video Games on Cognitive Function, Social Coping, and Mental Health

In today's world, youth and young adults find themselves playing video games more often to pass the time. Some players use video games to escape reality when they find themselves overwhelmed with stress and struggle to find other ways to cope. This review aims to find the relationship between video games and cognitive function, social coping skills, and overall mental well-being.
