American Rescue Plan Act Stabilization Subgrants for Pennsylvania Child Care Providers

Pennsylvania’s Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) has partnered with Penn State Harrisburg’s Institute of State and Regional Affairs (Institute) to develop an evidence-based methodology for the distribution of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) child care provider stabilization subgrants. The methodology is the cumulative result of research findings of the Institute, data collected by OCDEL, and information that will be incorporated from eligible child care providers
