Public Health Workforce Training Interests in Central Pennsylvania

Public health programs are required to conduct workforce development for accreditation. Available surveys of the public health workforce are limited to the governmental sector. Public health in Pennsylvania (PA) has a significant bifurcation in the workforce, with a substantial proportion working in non-government (private and non-profits). The aim is to provide a practical template for assessing workforce needs/interests for planning development activities at a local level.
