The study is how human resources can reshape workforce productivity and improve employee experience in robotic process automation projects. After thoroughly analyzing the data collected through interviews and literature review, there are several alternative solutions on how HR can reshape the workforce productivity and improve employee experience in robotic process automation projects. In order to have a successful RPA implementation, HR should consider potential obstacles and limitations, with a plan to mitigate and proactively be prepared. A sample change management plan was created including a full roll out of the plan. By implementing the recommended solution, HR will be a strategic partner as it continues to navigate digital transformation. In the end, the action research was highly successful and uncovered the true value of RPA in employee engagement and workforce productivity.
