Comparing the Incidence of Acute Phase Reactions in Patients with Advanced Cancer and Bone Metastases or Muliple Myeloma Following Treatment with Denosumab or Zoledronic Acid: Results from a Combined Analysis of Three Phase 3 Randomized Trials Public
